Our vision: The 13-15 team program that will enable US teams to excel
internationally by developing our young athletes to their maximum potential.
- • Our best path to develop our future Olympians from ‘the ground up” is to
improve performance of our top athletes by raising the level of all of them.
- • Bringing top-level coaching and training expertise to the grassroots level will
help USA Synchro search out talented individuals, wherever they may swim, and
provide them with the training they need to compete at international levels.
- • Providing the consistency that will allow our athletes to enjoy a cohesive
training environment requires reliable long term funding. Annual fundraising
efforts face increasing pressures each year, so your Foundation and USA
Synchro have established this permanent Endowment to provide stability.
- • Building this Endowment program is a top priority of both the USSS
Foundation and US Synchronized swimming.
